Contemporary Elegance with Minor Setbacks

My stay lasted three nights and the hotel impressed me with its contemporary design. I found the room spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed shower. The scenic path located right by the riverbank also gave me a way to unwind (this was a great way to explore the area).
My experience was unfortunately affected by the room service during my business stay. I have an egg allergy and communicated it both over the phone and in writing on the allergy form. My burger arrived full of mayonnaise despite this precaution, which caused me to miss a meeting the next day.

The hotel features Occo restaurant, open until 3 AM daily, offering late-night dining. The breakfast selection included a variety of options, though some pastries lacked freshness. I also spotted Veronica and her team at Cleo restaurant providing excellent service.

The valet service, especially Aleem and Shabir, impressed me by having my car ready promptly. Front desk service appeared understaffed during peak times, so I had to wait to check in. The staff generally acted friendly, though some communication gaps occurred.

i found friendly staff at entry. restaurant and room services were good. the room was very clean and the toilets were super clean. dipankar did a great job arranging transportation for us. i had nice facilities such as gym and pool area. super tidy. i received a upgraded room.
the opening of this hotel was THE worst thing that ever happened on marasi drive. they have late parties with terrible and loud music till after midnight. it disturbs all the surrounding buildings.

i found the staff to be less helpful than expected. i booked a package with breakfast and dinner included then i had issues when settling the bill. drinks including tap water were charged at high prices.
